Molly Zangrilli is a International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and loves working with moms and babies.
The lactation consultant who came to Molly’s home after she had her first baby had an incredible impact on her journey as a mother. After informally helping many of her friends through their breastfeeding and child-rearing questions, Molly decided it was time to focus on her passion for breastfeeding and she started on her formal path to become an IBCLC. Molly began her experience by becoming a trained mother volunteer counselor with the Nursing Mothers Alliance (NMA) and then gained her clinical experience of over 500 hours at Paoli Hospital and by shadowing consultants in their private practices. Molly fulfilled her requirement for 90+ hours of lactation specific coursework and sat for the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE) to earn her certification.
Molly Zangrilli is a native of the Pittsburgh area but moved to Philadelphia shortly after graduating with a Bachelor of Science from the Pennsylvania State University in 2000. She currently lives in Paoli with her husband, Gus and her three young children (August, Juliet and Henry). Molly serves on the board of the Pennsylvania Resource Organization for Lactation Consultants (PRO-LC) as the Treasurer. She also loves volunteering in her children’s schools, cooking, entertaining, decorating and long-distance running.
